All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Sky, Sofa Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only) Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Z-Bed (Child Only) Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. .

The main Newton Bay offers sheltered anchorages and secure moorings.
