A lovely detached, single-storey lodge in a wonderful waterside location, great for fishing and admiring the views!. 4 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Electric central heating and electricity by £1 meter.
Small lawned garden with terrace and garden furniture.
Fishing on-site (licence required). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
Please note: The unfenced riverside is 10 yards away.. A wonderful detached riverside chalet, with its own river frontage.
All on one level it has an open plan living space with large windows, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the amazing waterside activity, rich with wildlife.
Here, herons and kingfisher can frequently be seen, or you can simply watch the boats sail by. You could rent a day boat or dinghy (subject to availability), the best way to explore the waterways.
Brundall lies on the southern rivers of the Norfolk Broads National Park, and the lodge is conveniently within walking distance of both a pub serving food and a railway station.
Within the village itself, 1 mile away, there is a supermarket, basic amenities and another pub serving food.
You can fish off your own quay heading (licence required), or embark on some great walking or cycling routes in the surrounding area.
The coast is a short drive away where you can enjoy Great Yarmouth, with its traditional seaside experience, or perhaps the sandy dunes of Winterton-on-Sea with tern and seal colonies, an incredible sight.
Jump on the train to visit the fine city of Norwich, boasting a theatre, castle museum, cathedral and excellent shopping, with two indoor shopping malls, market square, cafés, restaurants and pubs.
Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
Free WiFi There is a coin operated electricity meter at the property.

The tranquility and the surrounding area . The area was very clean and equipped with all necessary gadgets, also adding washing liquid, coffee, sugar and the list can go on.
The fresh flowers on the table were a big plus! Thank you for this lovely experience and stay!
Like I said the top up meter for electricity was a big issue. I think as a suggestion this must be reviewed.
