All on the Ground Floor: Living room: TV, DVD Player, Open Fire Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath, Toilet Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer.
Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial fuel for open fire included (September-May).
Cot and highchair.

These two holiday cottages (refs NP80 and NP81) are situated ½ mile from the shores of Lake Ullswater in superb surroundings.
This working farm borders the River Eamont and is close to the craggy peaks of the lakeland fells.
Fells nearby include the High Street range, 1 mile, and Helvellyn, 8 miles.
Penrith, 6 miles.
Windermere, 13 miles.
Access is via a small, private holiday park under the same ownership.
Good location for peace and quiet yet only ¼ mile walk to Pooley Bridge with shops, pubs, cafes and steamer trips.
Young children’s play area and small football pitch nearby.
NP81 is adjacent to the owners quiet seasonal holiday park with no letting or sub letting.
Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
Riverbank Cottage can be booked together with Garden Cottage (ref NP81) and The Lodge (UK37562) to accommodate up to 16 guests.
Free WiFi This property is situated on a working farm therefore pets must be kept on a lead and children must be supervised at all times.

We're a family with two teenagers.
The cottage is actually bigger than our house, so, loads of space. We are all a bit allergy and asthma prone but had no issues at all (it's pet free). Very quiet too, especially if you're old and grump...

Absolutely beautiful location. Wonderful views of river and fields beyond. Great outdoor seating area. Great large, well equipped kitchen. Super fire kept us warm and cosy at night. Photos on website do not do this property justice, it is even better in real life. Our grandson said it was the nicest...
