This detached cottage is set on a quiet private road in an elevated position above the village of Birnam.. Ground Floor: Living room: (3 Steps), Freesat, DVD Player, French Doors Leading To Conservatory Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Conservatory.
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, TV. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair.
Small enclosed garden with garden furniture.
Garden shed with freezer and tumble dryer.

Very comfortable cottage in a wonderful location with plenty of walks and paths from the front door. We had a couple of day trips on the train which is nearby and a stroll into Dunkeld took 10 minutes along the Tay.Huge thanks to the owners who were very welcoming

Lovely quaint cottage in quiet area , hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The coach house was well equipped with all essentials and we enjoyed our stay in a beautiful part of Scotland with lovely walks nearby

The Coach House is a smashing place to base yourselves if visiting rural Perthshire. It is a little dated inside but more than perfectly comfortable. Walking distance to all local amenities so you don’t even need to get in the car if you don’t want to all week. The train station is just down the roa...
