The modern vacation apartment "Scheu", newly built in 2021, is situated in a quiet, green hillside location and yet is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Überlingen and the shores of Lake Constance.
The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor.
The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.
Enjoy relaxing hours on the private covered terrace, equipped with a comfortable seating area, whether having breakfast in the morning or a glass of Bodensee wine in the evening.
The property also has a communal garden where you will occasionally discover the hosts' two cats.
In 8-12 minutes on foot you can reach the old town of Überlingen with its numerous shops, restaurants, bistros and cafés.
Here you can take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside promenade, enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Constance or take a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau.
You can reach a supermarket after 1 km (13 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
The train and bus station is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation (650 m).
The nearest beach, Strandbad West, is a 20-minute walk (1.7 km) away, right next to the spa.
Parking is available on the property.
From the car park, guests have to walk down a few steps to the holiday home (9 steps).
Pets are not allowed.

Die Lüftungsanlage ist Nachts störend gewesen, da Sie immer in Schüben lief und pausierte und das in kurzen abständen. Dem Mann hat es sehr zu schaffen gemacht.
