The Zahories Córner Mojácar Sea View holiday apartment is located in Mojácar, just a short walk from the beach.
The 120 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fan, washing machine, TV, as well as books and toys for children. The apartment offers a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace, and a balcony.
There is also a shared outdoor area with a swimming pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower. Lance Nuevo Beach is just a few meters from the main entrance.
Within a minute’s walk (less than 60 meters), you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, and a supermarket. Free parking is available in a garage, on the property, and on the street. There are no steps inside the property.
However, it is not wheelchair accessible as the ramp is too steep. Streaming services are available upon request. An alarm system with cameras is installed on the property, but these can be deactivated; the owner will provide instructions. There is an elevator in the building. Please note that during your stay, government water regulations may affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. Bookings are not accepted for guests under 35 years old or for stays shorter than 6 nights during high season.
