The large living room features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable furniture, a radio, and a smart TV. There is a Spanish TV package and the option to stream other channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and rice cooker. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have air conditioning and share a bathroom. A large covered terrace overlooks the pool area, the valley, and the sea. On the sun terrace, there are sun loungers and garden furniture so you can enjoy life around the private pool with Roman staircase and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and refrigerator. The entire plot, terrace, pool area, and house are on one level.
The well-kept garden features palm trees, fruit trees, flowers, sea views, and vineyards, and is located in a quiet residential area. The villa's water is equipped with purification systems, making water from all taps suitable for drinking. Central heating is provided throughout the house.
All windows have double glazing. An electronically built-in key box allows for convenient access to the villa upon arrival using a code or Bluetooth.
