Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, dryer, and TV. A crib is also available.
Recently, air conditioning has been installed in the living/dining area and the main suite. Enjoy a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, perfect for a glass of wine while admiring changing views of the famous Medes Islands on the horizon. The property is right on Sa Riera beach.
The nearest restaurant is just 42 m away on foot.
The closest café and bar are 103 m away, and the nearest supermarket is 315 m away (open only in summer). Girona Airport is 58.8 km by car. There are 2 parking spaces available 150 m from the property.
This apartment is for families only; groups of young people are not allowed.
Minimum booking age is 25. No parties or loud events with music are permitted, as this is a residential area.
Exact house rules will be sent before check-in. This apartment is also where we and our family stay during our visits to Sa Riera, so we only rent it occasionally.

Theresa war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und man hat einen privaten Parkplatz.
