The Luxury Waterfront Apartment is located in Benalmádena and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
High chairs and baby cots are also available for free.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony from where you can watch the sun rise over the tranquil waters and the big luxury yachts.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a large pool and a garden.
The property is flanked by blue flag beaches just 75 metres away.
In the heart of Costa Del Sol it is just 15 minutes away from Malaga airport.
It is part of the 4 times awarded "Best Marina of the World" which is under the special protection of the Spanish Government and the EEC.

We had a great stay in this appartment that had a beautyfull wiev over the harbour. Allso the pool on top of the building gave us many joyfull times. 5 stars to this appartment and the owner!
