The villa is located in Estepona and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 235 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The sofa beds can be used for up to 2 children each. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV as well as children's books and toys.
A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool (open all year round), a whirlpool, a garden, an open and a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed. Groups, parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided.

Het huis, is mooi en ruim. De tuin is schitterend!
Aan het huis is niets op aan te merken. De drukke kustweg is wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Het huis is er ver genoeg vandaan maar als je ergens naar toe wilt ontkom je er niet aan.

Brilliant pool and hot tub, we enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace and watching films in the evening. A very relaxing break.
