There is sun from morning until evening and under the pergola you can enjoy refreshing shade. Nearby you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, and several bars and restaurants.

Pets are not allowed. The villa charges cleaning fees, costs for towels and bed linen (available for an extra fee), and a deposit per stay, which must be paid directly to the owner by bank transfer no later than six weeks before the check-in date.

Electricity costs are charged to guests per kWh. Guests booking less than three weeks before check-in must make these payments immediately after booking.
