Located in Benalmádena, on the Costa del Sol, the "Nice apartment with a sunny terrace" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
The bright 90 m² holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms), a washing machine as well as a TV.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from 01/04 to 30/10), a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
Both terraces are furnished with a table and chairs.
Spend the afternoon on one of the sun loungers with a good book, refresh yourself in the pool afterwards and end the day with specialities from your own grill.

Uitzicht, de ruimte binnen en buiten, keuken goed uitgerust en schoon. Goed internet. Garage onder het gebouw en de lift ivm (uit)laden bagage. Prima in- en uitcheck methode.
Zwembad kunnen we niet beoordelen, want die was niet open in februari.
Zijn maar kleinigheden. Het kost wat moeite om sommige kamerdeuren te openen en sluiten, maar dat kan zo worden bijgesteld. Doorspoelen van een van de toiletten kan beter.
