Set on a private estate with a swimming pool and just 50 meters from the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen.
Large windows and direct access to the terrace create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel.
Step outside onto the terrace and enjoy the sea breeze along with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV, ensuring comfort all year round.
Guests also benefit from access to the shared pool that’s open year-round, as well as an elevator and step-free entrance.
The elevator takes you from the garage to the second floor.
Ideally located within walking distance of the beach, lively promenade, restaurants, and the iconic Torrox Lighthouse.
Nearby, you can explore Nerja, famous for its beaches and caves, or enjoy a fun day at the water park in Torre del Mar. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Betten ausgezeichnet. Regendusche im Bad vorhanden. Ausreichend Handtücher. Parken in der Tiefgarage war möglich.
Es erfolgte vor der Reise kein Hinweis auf Sperrung und Arbeiten am Pool die vermutlich auch länger andauern. Nach dem Stromtotalausfall am 28.04.25 wurden die Systeme in der Wohnung ( Internet, WLAN, Therme) L3id3r
