The charming holiday home "Balcon de Benalmadena Ocean Views" is located on the outskirts of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, just a quick walk from the beach up or down a short and steep hill.
The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen including an oven and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, and cable TV with many international channels, including channels from the Nordic countries.
A cot and a high chair are also available on demand. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open roof terrace and two additional balconies, one on each floor.
The rooftop terrace features a lounge area with comfortable seating and sun loungers, perfect for starting the day with breakfast and enjoying spectacular sea views.
The two balconies are furnished with tables and chairs, with the lower one ideal for any meal of the day and with easy access from the kitchen. This house is located in a residential area.
Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed. Walking or driving distances to nearby amenities are as follows: the nearest restaurant is 574 m away, the nearest café is 685 m, the nearest bar is 643 m, and the nearest supermarket is 1.09 km from the property.

The location was great. We did enjoy our stay. I think at over 1,500 a night the property should have it's own private Barbecue. There was only 2 community barbecues to use and the wait time was easily 1/2 to 1 hour based on the time. Unacceptable
