Luxury villa with fabulous views, first line, different terraces, private pool, near to all interesting locations of the Costa Blanca! Built to guarantee privacy , 3 levels! First level : 1 bedroom, 1bathroom, living room, kitchen and lounge terrace, close to the swimming pool.
Second level : big living room, big kitchen, hall, toilet, wonderful terrace for dining with fantastic sea view.
Third level : 4 bedrooms with double bed (the double beds are 2 single beds pushed together making king beds), 2 with private bathrooms (one with a whirlpool with sea view) and own entrance to a terrace. 1 bathroom extra.
Electricity; included is 30 Kw usage per day, an additional charge applies for extra consumption. .... a magnificent place to stay!!! Suitability: children welcome non smoking only pets not allowed wheelchair inaccessible Please, note that the security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. - Beach/pool towels Payment 2,50 € per person
