The 110 m² (interior and exterior together) "Beautiful Modern Villa" is situated in Orihuela Costa, a town in southern Spain's Alicante region.
The villa consists of a sunny living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a DVD player, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are available. Guests can relax in the furnished garden or sun on the open and covered terraces equipped with blinds, all for private use.
The outdoor area also has a south-facing pool with showers to enjoy the sun, as well as a grill with a table, deckchairs, a parasol, and a solarium with garden furniture, all for private use.
The pool can also be heated for an extra fee. The villa is located in a quiet area with an excellent climate year-round and is near golf courses such as the Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.
The villa is just 2 minutes by car from the town of Fuente where there is a pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, a supermarket, a bank, and a hairdresser.
The "La Zenia Boulevard" shopping center with over 150 shops and entertainment for children is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm and is just 5 minutes away by car.
Activities in the city of Torrévieja as well as those in the surrounding cities of Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, and Cartagena are just minutes away.
The villa is just a 5 to 7 minute (400 to 600 m) stroll from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket.
Scenic Playa de La Glea and other beaches are just a 5 minute (3.2 km) drive from the villa.
Alicante Airport is a 47 minute (70 km) drive from the villa. Free parking is available on the property.
