The 110 m² "Beautiful Modern Villa" is situated in Orihuela Costa, a town in southern Spain's Alicante region.
The villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, a DVD player, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are available.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view and relax in the furnished garden or sun on the open and covered terraces, all for private use.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The pool can also be heated for an extra fee.
The villa is located in a quiet area with an excellent climate year-round and is near golf courses such as the Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.
The town of Torrevieja, with entertainment as well as two saltwater lagoons declared Natural Park where flamingos migrate, is just a few minutes away.
The villa is just a 5 to 7 minute (400 to 600 m) stroll from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, a supermarket, and a bank, and is also near the "La Zenia Boulevard" shopping center.
Scenic Playja de La Glea and other beaches are just a 5 minute (3.2 km) drive from the villa.
Alicante Airport is a 47 minute (70 km) drive from the villa.
Free parking is available on the property.

Lovely size villa. My kids loved the pool! Lots of amenities a short drive or 10 min walk away.Yvette was incredibly helpful when we arrived as it was much later than expected trying to find something to eat.Really enjoyed our stay.
