The 75 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a game console as well as a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool, a playground and an outdoor shower. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 436m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 417m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 424m. La piscina está muy cerca de la casa , limpieza excelente, cocina muy bien equipada, habitaciones amplias , casa moderna con todo prácticamente nuevo. Muchos cojines ,muchas toallas ,muy lindo adornada .
