This is a well maintained modern first floor apartment with Wi-Fi, ALL ROOMS Airconditionned, fully equipped open kitchen and lovely furnished terrace to enjoy your outside dining.
Extending dinner table inside (up to 6 persons). This comfortable holiday apartment offers two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a full size sofa bed and two bathrooms (each with toilet, one with shower, one with bath). 2 travel cots and 1 highchair for baby are available and free of charge! Airco, heating ,Wifi, private underground parking with direct access to elevator, satellite TV with English spoken channels (flat screen), DVD-player, beach ball rackets, umbrella +beachchairs, radio, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, hand mixer, teapot, washing machine, hair dryer, bed linen,starter set of towels, cleaning service.... This part of the Costa Blanca has one of the healthiest climates in the world! With more than 300 days sunshine a year and temperatures of 20 °C and more in winter, this is also the perfect apartement to spend the winter months! Cabo Roig has two beautiful harbours and has kept it's charms because of the prohibition on high-rise flats.
There are some fine restaurants for the discerning eater and also a large variety of bars, takeaway establishments... The whole family can relax by the large community pool (with baby pool and shower) which has an amazing sea view and comfortable sunbeds.

Nice bar/restaurant at the pool (serving delicious breakfast, lunch and evening menus). Or you can go for a magnificent walk on the sea promenade along the cliffs.
You can rent bicycles in the bar at the swimming pool.
Lots of activities and entertainment in the area without necessarily the need for a car: weekly market on Thursday right next to the apartment, boat trips, scuba diving, funfair,.... The building is also accessible for seniors and is ideally located, on the sea promenade.
It is nearby the Cabo Roig strip (2-minutes walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, entertainment,...). Walking distance to beaches and harbour.
You can find a private health centre and pharmacy just across the street. This holiday apartment is also the perfect location for the more actif tourist: Aqua- and Safaripark for children, karting, paint ball, bowling, horse riding, golf, visit to Valencia, palm tree city Elche, salt lakes of la Mata with flamingos, Torrevieja,...The world-famous golf courses are within very short distance (3 km)! The magnificent brand new shopping center La Zenia is just a few minutes drive, with evening entertainment and shops open untill 10 pm. The airport of Murcia is just a 20 minutes drive, Allicante airport is 40 minutes and Valencia is 2,5 hours drive.
Shuttle service can be arranged.
Most low cost airlines have regular flights to Murcia and Alicante. Please note that smoking is permitted on the balcony, not inside.
Pets are not allowed. Cabo Roig is known as 'the jewel of the Costa Blanca'. In our opinion this is the best location for a relaxing holiday at a very reasonable price! La casa estaba muy bien. Muchas facilidades a la hora de la llegada y la salida. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión.
En las fotos parecía que la playa estaba cruzando la calle desde la piscina y no es así.
