With a view of the mountain, the villa Luxury Xenofilia lll in Moraira is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 480 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 17 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
In addition, a table tennis table, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (that can be heated for an extra fee), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. The property has step-free access. Water-saving features have been installed at this property.
