This exclusive villa is located in Tossa de Mar and offers a magnificent view of the nearby sea. The two-storey villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a large induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment as well as a separate drinks fridge, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest WC, and accommodates up to ten people.
Amenities include reliable Wi-Fi in all rooms, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD player, as well as children's books and toys.
Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
There is a table tennis table on the roof terrace. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, garden furniture, terraces, balcony, barbecue, playground and an outdoor shower. Distances: The nearest beach restaurant is 1.0 km away, the nearest café and bar are each 3.5 km away, the nearest supermarket is 0.5 km away, and the nearest beach (Platja Santa María de Llorell) is 1.0 km away.
Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 37.7 km away. Free on-street parking is available.
Alternatively, you can use a private garage for up to three cars for an additional fee. The deposit can only be refunded by bank transfer.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. There is no air conditioning.

Die Aufteilung der Räume war sehr gut, für bis zu 10 Personen ist reichlich Platz. Die offenen Küche sorgt für eine gute Kommunikation auch währenddes Kochens.
Der Garten ist sehr groß und abgezäunt, daher gut für kleine Kinder und Hunde geeignet.
Die Distanz zum Strand ist machbar, aber die Steigung sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Zurück zum Haus ist der Weg anstrengend.
Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen.
Ggf. sollte man eine Grundausstattung (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Lappen,...) mitbringen, da bei uns davon nichts vorhanden war.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und wir würden aufjedenfall wieder buchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und mit der Hausverwaltung sind wir auch super klar gekommen.
