This exclusive villa is located in Tossa de Mar and offers a magnificent view of the nearby sea.
The two-storey villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a large induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment as well as a separate drinks fridge, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest WC, and accommodates up to ten people.
Amenities include reliable Wi-Fi in all rooms, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD player, as well as children's books and toys.
Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
There is a table tennis table on the roof terrace. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, garden furniture, terraces, balcony, barbecue, playground and an outdoor shower. Distances: The nearest beach restaurant is 1.0 km away, the nearest café and bar are each 3.5 km away, the nearest supermarket is 0.5 km away, and the nearest beach (Platja Santa María de Llorell) is 1.0 km away.
Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 37.7 km away. Free on-street parking is available.
Alternatively, you can use a private garage for up to three cars for an additional fee. The deposit can only be refunded by bank transfer.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.
There is no air conditioning.
