Situated in Calonge-Sant Antoni, the 'Villa Dream' is just a short walk from the beach.
The 350 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating via a heat pump, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player.
A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available (please bring your own bed sheets for the baby cots). The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The villa is situated in an excellent location close to the sea. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 650m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 400m Cala Del Paller. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.2km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 1.33km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 1.19km. Airport Barcelona: 121km. 3 parking spaces are available on the property in an uncovered patio.
