Overlooking the sea, this well-equipped 3-bedroom two storey villa accommodates 7 people and is ideal for families.
The villa is situated on the beachfront in a heritage community with houses in typical Andalusian style in a garden setting and a choice of swimming pools.
Free parking is available in the community car park, a minute’s walk from the villa. The 170 m2 property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, all with a fitted wardrobe.
There are 2 shower rooms, each with a large shower, toilet and wash basin.
Additional amenities include Fibre Optic Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a Samsung smart 65” TV with Apps including Netflix, Prime & Disney and a PlayStation 4 with controllers.
The villa is equipped with outdoor loungers and dining furniture. On entering the villa there is an entrance hallway with coat and shoe storage.
Doors lead off to the kitchen, ground floor double bedroom, shower room and an archway leads to the dual aspect lounge/dining area with stairs to the upper floor.
The lounge/dining area has ample seating and enjoys a bright sea view.
Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the front and back gardens.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, induction hob with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The ground floor bedroom has a queen double bed and opens on to the terrace and garden.
Stairs from the lounge/dining area lead to the Upper Floor hallway with doors giving access to: • Triple bedroom containing 3 single beds with a sea view. • Twin bedroom having 2 single beds with a view towards the mountains. • Shower room with a large cubicle shower Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
