The holiday apartment "View of the sea Beach 50 meters" is located in Sueca and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a television as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for an extra fee per item per stay.
The holiday apartment also boasts a partly covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening.

Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). La cercanía a cualquier lugar de interés y de primera necesidad, hay de todo muy cerca.
Me gustó todo. Por poner un pero, es que la vivienda es muy antigua, aunque dispone de todos los servicios y comodidades. La finca donde está ubicada tiene más de 50 años.

Es war wirklich direkt im Dorf. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, der Strand vielleicht sogar näher als 50m. Anbindung am Valencia wirklich auch mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr sehr gut und günstig
leider wurde am Haus gegenüber die Fassade renoviert. Dadurch war es tagsüber manchmal etwas lauter. Da wir viele Ausflüge gemacht haben viel es bei uns aber kaum ins Gewicht
