Located in the town of Roses, in the north-east of Spain, the villa 'Casa con Vistas al Mar Costa Bra' offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey villa is 65 square meters in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine as well as a satellite television. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, is also available for your use. The beach Platja de Canyelles Petites is just 4 minutes away by car (1.4 km). An array of restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets can all be reached in under 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot (1 km). The nearest airport, Aéroport Sud de France Perpignan, is just over the French boarder and can be reached in an hour and a 15 minutes by car (83 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Logement parfait pour une famille de 5, équipé et fonctionnel à souhait. L'endroit où se situe le logement est un petit paradis sur terre. Vous ne pouvez qu'être séduits par les lieux et les environs. Sonia et Vincent sauront vous aiguiller de leurs précieux conseils pour parfaire votre séjour, vos visites et vos virées culinaires. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette agréable villa. Avec magnifique vue, calme,propre... L'appartement répond parfaitement aux attentes. Les propriétaires très gentils et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement.

Aufenthalt in Villa 18 sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht.
Highlight ist der Standort und der traumhafte Blick auf die Bucht.
Herauszuheben ist der tolle Kontakt zum Vermieter. Sonia war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
