In Puerto del Carmen, the vacation rental 'Villa Loretta' offers a spectacular view of the old town, the harbour and the sea.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (the third bathroom has a shower and is located on the terrace) and can therefore accommodate 7 people (there is a folding bed for the 7th person).
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a coin-operated air conditioning system, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The vacation rental boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a partially covered terrace (can be accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge) and an outdoor shower.
A heated pool is also available for your use.
The pool terrace is fenced and gated for child safety.
There is also a shaded area with a built-in barbecue by the pool.
The property offers a prime location on top of the cliff in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, in the upmarket Risco Prieto/El Toscon part of the historic centre.
Furthermore, the coastal walkway can easily be accessed via the steps or the zig-zag path near the vacation rental which takes you down to the harbour in just 10 minutes.
A parking space is available on the property.
Free parking is available on the street.
Parties are strictly forbidden.
No all-female or all-male groups under 30 years old, no hen or stag groups.
Youth Group are not allowed.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
