Casa Valerie is a spacious 3-Bedroom terraced apartment with the pool located
in the prestigious Vale do Lobo area in southern Portugal, ideal for both summer
and winter stays.
Managed by KG Villas, the villa offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat with easy access to local attractions. The property features a cozy living room and a recently remodelled, fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker, seamlessly connecting to the dining area.
On the upper floor, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a large balcony, while two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls are available throughout the villa. Outdoor living includes a private pool, a balcony overlooking the Tennis Academy, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area, perfect for enjoying meals under the sun.
Free street parking is available, and the villa’s south-facing position ensures plenty of sunshine. Baby equipment such as highchair and cot as well as the beach towels can be provided upon request (fees apply). Located near the Tennis Academy, shops, beachside restaurants, and other leisure facilities, Casa Valerie provides a relaxing and memorable stay in the Algarve.

We really liked the overall layout of the villa. Very nice spaces and outdoor areas. The photos were accurate. Not very accessible for people with mobility issues, so be aware of that, but otherwise a very nice villa. The folks at the KG property rental office were very nice and helpful, and responded quickly to the numerous maintenance issues we encountered.
The numerous maintenance issues we encountered when we checked in, starting with nonfunctioning heat (it was still winter).
