Casa Vacanza Elena is a detached villa on Lake Maggiore in Santino, set in a peaceful area ideal for families with children or groups of up to six.
The owners offer a warm welcome to all guests.
The house features a large private garden with a gas barbecue, a corner with aromatic herbs (sage, lemon verbena, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, lemon balm), six sun loungers, and garden games for all ages.
There is ample private parking inside the property for three or four cars, making loading and unloading luggage easy.
Just a few meters from the house, you will find a public charging station for electric cars.
Inside, there is a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large playroom.
Included services: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV in every bedroom, bed linen, and a set of towels for each guest.
On request and free of charge, baby equipment for ages 0-4 is available: three cots (120 cm), three high chairs, three baby bouncers, three booster seats, a changing table, two toilet reducers, three child carriers (up to 15 kg), and four bed rails.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, balcony, TV.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be joined as a double), TV.
Bedroom 3: two single beds (can be joined as a double), TV.
The San Bernardino river is a five-minute walk away, perfect for swimming in the clear waters of the Rio Pogallo.
In ten minutes by car, you can reach the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, Stresa, Baveno, Pallanza, Intra, and Cannero.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles toll erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön ausgestattet und es liegen viele Informationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Notfallnummern in einem Ordner und per Flyer vor.
Das unser Aufenthalt nur so kurz war.
Große Haus in toller Lage.

Das Haus ist wunderschön groß für die Familie geeignet und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundliche und sie haben uns herzlich empfangen. Ihre Freundlichkeit und warmherzige Art haben uns tief beeindruckt.
