Casa Vacanza Elena is a detached villa on Lake Maggiore in Santino, in a peaceful area ideal for families with children or groups of up to six.

Pets are welcome. One of the highlights of the property is the owners’ warm hospitality. You will enjoy a large private garden with a gas barbecue, a corner with aromatic herbs (sage, lemon verbena, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, bay, lemon balm), six sun loungers, and garden games for all ages. There is spacious on-site parking for 3-4 cars, perfect for loading and unloading luggage.

A public charging station for electric cars is just a few meters away. The house accommodates up to six guests plus infants.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a playroom suitable for both children and adults. Included amenities: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV in each bedroom, bed linen, and a towel set for each guest.

Baby equipment for ages 0-4 is available: three 120 cm cots, three high chairs, three bouncers, three booster seats, a changing table, toilet reducer, three child carriers (up to 15 kg), and four bed guards. Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed; Bedroom 2 with two singles (can be joined as a double); Bedroom 3 with two singles (can be joined as a double). The San Bernardino river, perfect for swimming in the clear Rio Pogallo waters, is a 5-minute walk away.

The Borromean Islands, Stresa, Baveno, Pallanza, and Intra are just a 10-minute drive.
