The holiday apartment Almdna15-atc is located in Torrevieja just a short walk from the beach.
The 59 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room and the double bedroom, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair and a baby cot are also available for an extra fee per item per night.
Your private outdoor area includes garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue.
Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 89m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 194m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 108m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 394m.
Walking/driving distance to beach: 160m Playa del Cura.
Pets are allowed only under request and if left outside the house.
Extra charge applies.
Wi-Fi usage is optional (available for a fee).
Option of private parking nearby for a fee per day depending on availability.
Parking is free on the street.
Late arrival/departure option or on non-working days (in Torrevieja, see internet): Free of charge from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm every day during the week and on Saturday morning from 10am to 2pm.
Attention! Outside the opening hours of the agency indicated above, overtime will be charged.
Check-in on the day of arrival between 6pm and 7pm and check-out on the morning of departure between 10 and 11.
Free luggage service possible in case of late arrival or departure.
Abusive use of energy: water and electricity consumption are included in the price for a maximum amount per day.
Any excess will be charged in addition to the exact bill received.
All these options as well as any shortages or damage that may be found in the accommodation after your departure will be directly deducted from your deposit by the booking site.
Important: Failure to return the keys to an employee of the agency on the day of departure and the absence of a check-out will result in the total loss of the deposit.

L'appartement est parfait, sa terrasse agréable tout au long de la journée grâce à son store et son orientation, L'agence qui s'occupe du bien est parfaite, le directeur est très friendly et est de très bon conseils pour les points d'intérêt de la région et les bonnes adresses.
