Urban Charming Gracia is one of our most interesting tourist apartments in Gracia, with a great combination of modern and charming elements.
With its colors and modern furniture, this rental apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for families and small groups.
It is also great for business travel because of its location.
The apartment has a living room with fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle) and sofa bed for two people; A bedroom with a double bed; A bathroom with shower and a balcony where you can have breakfast before starting the discovery of the city.
This apartment incorporates in its equipment air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, panoramic TV and WiFi. One of its main characteristics is its location since it is in the neighborhood of the Villa de Gracia, belonging to the famous district of Gracia.
It is 15 minutes walk from some of Barcelona's main attractions such as Parc Guell, Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, and less than 5 minutes from the most commercial streets in the neighborhood.
With few stops of meters you can reach La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas or Plaza Catalunya.
Even having such a privileged location, the district of Gracia has managed to maintain its essence of town and still it is kept away from the tourist agglomerations own of other districts of Barcelona. The nearest metro stations are Joanic (L4) and Lesseps (L3).

Solid area, has everything you need, definitely bring your own towels. Nice room and comfortable, nothing crazy but has all the essentials.

We enjoyed our stay but it was smaller than it appeared in the listing. There's a great bakery, grocery stores, and several restaurants nearby and we enjoyed sitting outside eating tapas and dinner in the nearby plazas. It's a quick walk to two Metra stations, which we used daily. Be prepared to car...

Very nice clean little apartment in the Gracia district. It is well equipped with everything you need and a reaonably comfy bed. There is a washer but no dryer. Balcony is tiny but there are room for two. It is close to the metro and main streets so access to the transit system is good. Its a 15 to ...
