A cot and a high chair are also available (please let the owner know if you need a cot). The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool open year-round, a garden, an uncovered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of one pet is allowed. The property has step-free access and interiors. Please note that government water restrictions may be in force during your visit, which could affect the use of the pool and garden irrigation or limit the use of tap water. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Arrivals after 9 pm and departures before 7 am must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.

Large house
Well furnished and equipped, even in products like shower gel, shampoo, spices, etc.
Air Cond' in every room
Carmen (the person in charge of the check in / check out) has been very nice and welcoming
Lots of flies (the house is close to a farm) that bite
Some of the equipments should be renewed (umbrellas, outdoor table, etc.)

this is an excellent house, nicely furnished and decorated , enough space and nice garden and surroundings. It was excellent to just relax. Sevilla can be reached in a 45 minute car drive. Marchena has a nice supermarket with everything needed for culinary needs.
