Located in Lloret de Mar, the villa "Costacabana - Yara" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV with a DVD player, heating as well as a washing machine.
Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property. The property offers a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and barbecue facilities. The property boasts an excellent location close to various clubs, bars and restaurants.
Further recommendations include the splendid beaches/bays of Lloret de Mar, Fenals, Canyelles and Santa Cristina, the weekly market (every Tuesday), the Water World Park, Barcelona and Girona. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is not available, celebrating events is not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 10 pm and 8 am and be considerate of the neighbours. Vakantie huis yara heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een prachtige tuin. Er zijn veel bedden en banken. Het enige nadeel is dat er sommige onderdelen niet meer in de beste staat zijn. Zoals een losse wc-bril of deurklink.
