Located in Marbella, this stunning contemporary beachfront apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean—perfect for an unforgettable holiday with friends or family.
The 180 m² property features a 40 m² terrace with a private heated jacuzzi, shaded dining area, sun loungers, and a comfortable lounge.
Situated right on the beach, you can soak up the sun and enjoy al fresco dinners facing the sea. Inside, the bright living room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, a home cinema, air conditioning, and a large dining table.
The apartment accommodates up to eight guests: two separate areas, each with a double bedroom and an adjoining alcove with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom—ideal for a couple and two children. Everything is on one level, with wide doors and electric shutters for easy access and optimal comfort.
Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parking spaces are available nearby for an extra fee. Airport or train station shuttle service is offered on request, available for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge.
Self check-in is available after 10:00 pm. An elevator serves the building from the first to the second floor.

The host was thoughtful and gave us a walkthrough to explain how everything worked. The accommodations were clean and the owners were very responsive to our needs.

This property is in the heart of Marbella right on the promenade and the beach. Walkable to everything. We enjoyed the bubbler tub on the deck. Host was welcoming and responsive. Experienced some noise from the restaurants and units below - but wouldn't change my rating at all.
