This quiet apartment features a bright living room with large windows offering views of the garden and access to a spacious furnished terrace of 25 m² with an awning, where you can enjoy views of the Bay of Roses, the sea, the mountains, and the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, hand blender, ice cube tray, sandwich maker, microwave, kettle, and a large fridge with freezer, among other appliances.
The double bedroom has access to a balcony with mountain views, a large built-in wardrobe, and an adjacent exterior bathroom, making it ideal for 2 people.
The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and is bright and fully exterior.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite antenna, stereo, radio, 42" TV, DVD, books, floor and ceiling fans, hairdryer, and washing machine.
The laundry area is in a separate room outside and is shared only with the other apartment on the property.

Du début jusqu’à la fin, les hôtes comme le logement ont été parfait ! Nous vous encourageons à louer cet appartement propre, spacieux et proche de tout.Le quartier est calme et la vue sur la terrasse est un véritable .Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.À bientôt !
Gastliches Haus in guter Lage.

Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen Grundstück in der Nähe einer Durchgangsstraße in einer Ansiedlung nahe Roses. Das Schlafzimmer mit gutem breitem Doppelbett liegt zur anderen Seite an einer ruhigen Staubstraße. Roses ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt und ist sehr hübsch mit historischen Sehenswürdigkei...
Vermisst haben wir Weingläser, und mit der Stereo-Anlage und den ca. 1500 Fernsehsendern sind wir nicht zurecht gekommen, aber das WLAN war sehr gut, so dass wir uns mit Internet-Radio versorgt haben - wir haben deshalb nicht um Hilfe gebeten (Susanna hätte uns sicher sofort geholfen!)
