The modern ‘Ocean View Apartment Renovated’ is located in Gava Mar, just a stone’s throw from the beach.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fireplace, a television with Netflix and a washing machine.
A baby bed and a highchair are also available. This property features a shared garden with a shared pool, and a private open terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the views. Thanks to the convenient location of the apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away.
The nearest restaurant is less than 1 minute away on foot (12 m) and others can be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot.
The nearest supermarket is 4 minutes away by car (1.5 km). The stunning Platja de Gava is less than a 1-minute walk away.
Barcelona airport is just 13 minutes away by car (11.5 km), so the holiday can start as soon as you land. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und gemütlich. Leider hat man uns nicht darüber informiert, dass das Gebäude komplett eingerüstet und der ganze Garten Baustelle war. Wir hätten sicher versucht etwas anderes zu finden. Dennoch war das Apartment von innen schön und wir haben die Baustelle einigermaßen ignorieren können.
