The newly opened stylish residence with apartment "Residence Meridian Unità 1" welcomes its guests with automatic check-in.
Just 1 km from Pula, near Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea.
The 60 m² apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 4 people.Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, television and air conditioning.
The private covered terrace with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool in the courtyard and the mountain landscape.
The common outdoor area has a garden, a terrace with sun loungers and a large pool.
There you can swim and sunbathe extensively, while the younger guests can have fun in the children's pool.
In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (650 m).
All other stores for daily needs can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants.
The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive (3.4 km) away.
Chia beach, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the property, and the archaelogical site Nora can be visited within 11 minutes by car (6 km).
The town of Sarroch is a 6-minute drive (5 km) away, and the lively city of Cagliari with its charming old town is a 35-minute drive (32 km) north of Villa San Pietro.

La pulizia non all'altezza del prezzo pagato (il water dei bagni all'arrivo non era ben pulito, lo scopino sporco, la scopa per le pulizie mal ridotta e sporca la paletta, non un cambio infrasettimanale almeno degli asciugamani. La dotazione pentole ridotta al minimo.
