In Schiffdorf-Spaden, right next to the port city of Bremerhaven, the newly built "Ökohaus-Spaden" (2021) is the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway.
The house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the option to accommodate an extra guest on the living room’s pull-out sofa.
A crib and high chair can be provided. The 58 m² holiday home features a living/dining room with a table for 4–6 people and a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric grill, and more.
There’s one bedroom with a double bed and extra-large, cozy duvets, a children’s room with a bunk bed (1.80 m long), and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The living/dining area also offers a comfortable sofa bed. A highlight is the large, private, fenced garden with two terraces: one covered with a table and six chairs, and a second in the garden with two loungers.
Each terrace has its own sun umbrella.
The house is Bed+Bike certified.
A lockable storage room with a socket for e-bikes, cycling maps, and a repair kit are available. Start your day with breakfast outdoors before exploring Bremerhaven’s harbors and maritime museums.
A bus stop is just a short walk away.
Free parking is available in the carport and driveway. Pets are not allowed.
The interior is step-free with wide doors, and the property is only rented to holiday guests.
