The holiday apartment Boulevard 105 is located in Estepona and impresses guests with its view of the sea.
The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony, which offers a wonderful view.
The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, an outdoor shower, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 6m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 232m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 315m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 787m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 50m Playa de la Rada. The fishing harbor and marina at the other end of the promenade is on a pleasant 20-30 minutes walking distance.
The centre of old Estepona (10-15 minutes walk) is a fabulous network of streets full of whitewashed houses adorned with different coloured flowerpots bursting with flowering plants. Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport.
Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture.
