The cozy apartment "Cosy Luxapartment 4 pers" is located in Orihuela Costa and is the ideal starting point for numerous sports, cultural or family activities in a vacation in a beautiful setting.
The nearest beach is only 5 km away.
The apartment with shared pool has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the living room and in both bedrooms), central heating, SAT-TV with international TV channels and a DVD player.
The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a children's high chair. The highlight of the property is the private outdoor area, consisting of a garden, an open terrace of 50 m² with comfortable seating, a table and 2 sun loungers.

In the shared outdoor area (100 m away) you will find a large pool with outdoor shower, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. Within a 15-minute walk you will find a selection of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a bar. The nearest beach, Platja de La Glea, is just 5.2 km (8 minutes' drive) from the accommodation.
Other beaches, such as Campoamor, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Alicante can also be reached after a short drive.
To the golf course you need only 16 minutes walk (1,2 km). Other sporting activities you can do in the area include horse riding, water sports, paintball, bowling, cycling, hiking, jet skiing and go-karting.
Worthwhile day trips include Alicante (79 km), Murcia (66 km), Elche (58 km) and Torrevieja (14 km). You can reach Murcia airport in 42 minutes by car and Alicante airport in 46 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available off the street. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request and at extra cost. 2 bicycles for exploring the area are available.

El apartamento tiene una terraza estupenda y es muy cómodo, perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas.
El anfitrión muy atento y amable, responde rápidamente si tienes alguna duda.
Todo estuvo genial, lo único la ubicación , es una urbanización y necesitas el coche para todo.
