The house was built in 1986, kitchen, bathroom and furnishings are from fall 2013.
Open plan kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating as well as more open terraces.
All tile floors have underfloor heating.

The large windows provide a lot of light to the living room.
The panoramic views of ocean and dunes from the living room is quite unique.
There is a wood-burning stove for heating and cosy times.
From the living room you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun and have barbecues.
The plot is a protected dune plot in scenic surroundings, bordering the slopes towards the ocean.
