The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This villa offers a private pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Wi-Fi is not available. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. - Pet allowed Payment 8,00 € per pet per night Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31. If the consumption exceeds the amount included in the rental price (100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for stays longer than one week), an additional payment in cash will be required at the property (0.39 euros per kW) for this part of the consumption.

With economical or reasonable electricity consumption, a consumption of 70 to 200 kw/h per week can be expected.
