The holiday home ‘Villa Mula 1’ is located in Orosei just a short walk from the beach.
The charming apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom.
The property can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include a fan in every bedroom, Wi-Fi (suitable for home office) and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available upon request.
Your private outdoor area consists of a garden and a covered terrace where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts.
A shared outdoor area with a pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue is also available for your use.
The closest restaurant and bar are approximately 1km away while a further selection of cafes, restaurants and bars are around 3 km away.
The nearest supermarket is also 3 km away while the centre of Orosei is 8 km away.

Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos du site par contre manque d 'élements comme une vraie cafetière, un four électrique également les appartements ne sont pas du tout insonorisé et avons du subir le bruit des locataires du dessus

Die Ausstattung hat dem Inserat entsprochen. Leider waren die Schlafräume sehr dunkel und feucht, sodass das Bett und die Kleidung in den Räumen ständig klammm waren. Der Pool war nicht beheizt und somit kalt. Ebenso war der Fernseher nicht nutzbar. Die schöne Terrasse konnte die Mängel nicht wettmachen.

Villa Mula is set in a beautiful location. The outdoor area and swimming pool is stunning. It’s quiet with plenty of sunbeds for all the family. We all loved swimming in the pool and it is well maintained. We enjoyed sitting and eating in the outdoor area with pool and sea views.

Shopping in the supermarket are so busy so try to avoid busy times! The apartment is basic and could do with a few creature comforts! You will need to buy everything i.e hand soap, dishcloth and even recycling bags. A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would have been appreciated and don’t forget to pack the insect repellent!!
