Il Colletto Romantic Stonehouse is located in a sunny, quiet and rural area in the village of Aramo, surrounded by a garden, olive groves and orchards.

The rustic furnished cottage with mountain view has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.

Additional amenities include an open fireplace, a TV and a washing machine. In the private, large garden with deck chairs, table and gazebo as well as outdoor shower you can sunbathe and relax from the stressful everyday life.

Prepare fresh meals on the grill to enjoy with your loved ones on the open terrace. The vacation home is located on the outskirts of the characteristic medieval village of Aramo, just 3 km from the center of San Quirico and 8 km from the town of Pescia.

There you will also find a good selection of restaurants, stores, bars and cafes, as well as several supermarkets (15 minutes by car).

The nearest interesting cities are Florence (70 km), Lucca (28 km), Pisa (55 km) and Montecatini Terme (18 km). Parking is available on the property. During the summer period (May-September) gas, electricity and water are included in the price.

During the rest of the year, heating (GAS) is available for a fee. Wi-Fi (free) is possible but outside the house and facing the town where there is an antenna that provides the service.
