The villa has a shared outdoor area where you can relax under the sun.
This includes a pool, a garden and a barbecue.
The outdoor area and pool are shared with the homeowners.
In just 2-4 minutes you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars and the nearest supermarket is a 6-minute walk away (500 m).
Furthermore, Playa del Palos is just a 12-minute walk (1 km) from the property.

Usjenert hus med fin beliggenhet. Fint utgangspunkt for turer og fin gangavstand til strand og butikker. Stille område. Trygg parkering for bil.

Man hat einen separaten Eingang und separate Gartennutzung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gab eine Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung.
