The 170m² "Villa Can Antich" is located in Lloseta, a quiet town in northern Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands.
The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television television, and a washing machine.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open terrace, both for private use.
The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, both for private use.
The villa is just a 5 to 10 (2 to 3 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues.
The villa is located 25 to 35 minutes (27 to 35 km) from Cala Major on Palma bay and from Platja de Muro on Alcudia bay.
Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the island in the Coll des Tords hiking area in the midst of the Tramuntana mountains, just a 17 minute (5 km) drive from the villa.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Pollensa Golf Club just a 22 minute (28 km) drive from the villa.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is 28 minutes (33 km) by car from the villa.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
The property charges a fee per day for electricity used to be deducted from the deposit or if exceeding the daily amount, the difference will be charged at the end of the stay.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Viel Platz und sehr schön eingerichtet, eigener Parkplatz, sehr ruhige Lage,
Lädt ein die ganze Insel zu bereisen, sehr schöne außenanlage,
Küche ist sehr Spartanisch ausgestattet, das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Tolles Haus in sehr zentraler Lage.

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und in einem tollen Zustand.
Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber gerne etwas wärmeres Licht. Bzw. im Außenbereich Grillplatz für mehr Lichtquellen sorgen.
Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad!
