The Rustico house is located in the east of Lake Garda in Pesina, just 7 km from the shore and the beach (11 minutes by car).
Here, you can relax in the greenery with views of the surrounding mountains and forget the stress of everyday life.
The modernly furnished house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people.
Amenities also include satellite TV and a fireplace. Spend pleasant hours in the private outdoor area of the house and prepare fresh meals on the barbecue to enjoy with your loved ones on the open terrace, which is equipped with a sunshade. Just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, you will find a restaurant (270 m).
You can reach a mini-market with groceries and a bakery after a 12-minute walk (1 km), while a winery is only a 4-minute walk away (350 m).
The town of Garda on the lake of the same name is less than 10 minutes away by car (6 km).
Here, you can stroll along the promenade, take a boat trip, or enjoy an espresso in the numerous cafés. One free parking space per accommodation is available on the property.
