In winter you can use the cross-country ski run Schmieder Alm to Lavazze or go to the ski area Obereggen (28 minutes by car).

The ski lift Petersberg is 15 minutes by car from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee. Guests can make use of a washing machine upon request and for an extra fee. A shared sauna is available upon request and for a fee.
