The rustically furnished holiday apartment Gomina in the Runcac residence is located in San Vigilio in South Tyrol, right in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, ski storage, storage for bicycles, and an e-bike charging station. The apartment features a balcony where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the wonderful view.
There is a garden with seating and sun loungers as well as a playground for children.
The sauna at the campsite can be used for an additional fee. Thanks to the ideal location, all important facilities are just a short walk away.
The nearest restaurant is a 2-minute walk away (210 m) and the nearest supermarket is an 8-minute walk away (700 m). Numerous well-marked hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail lead directly from the residence into the hiking paradise of Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away). In winter, the surrounding ski areas offer excellent conditions for winter sports enthusiasts. Parking is available on the property (private, covered space on request). Pets are not allowed.
A communal washing machine is available for a fee. A baby cot is available for an additional fee. A free ski bus to Kronplatz (5 min.) is available.
There is no air conditioning.

The host is very kind and available, she gave us all the informations we needed. The flat is very cozy and clean and the view on the mountains is amazing . The location is very convenient, right in front of the bus stop to go on the slopes. Very happy with the stay!
There were not sponges or kitchen roll in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have them already in the flat.
