The rustically furnished holiday apartment Salt in the Runcac Residence is located in San Vigilio in South Tyrol, right in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 2 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, storage options for bicycles, and an e-bike charging station. The apartment features a balcony where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the magnificent view.
There is a garden with seating and sun loungers as well as a playground for children.
The sauna at a nearby campsite can be used for an additional fee. Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, all important facilities are just a short walk away.
The nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes on foot (210 m), and the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes on foot (700 m).
Numerous well-marked hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail lead directly from the residence into the hiking paradise of Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away).
In winter, the Dolomiti Superski and Kronplatz ski areas offer a variety of options for winter sports enthusiasts. Parking is available on the property (private, covered space on request).
Pets are not allowed.
A shared washing machine is available for a fee.
There is a free ski bus to Kronplatz (5 minutes travel time).
Air conditioning is not available.
The tourist tax is to be paid at check-in.

Sylvia is a wonderful host and provided us with so much information and helped us whenever we needed. The apartment is great and includes everything you’d need. The location is very central in the Dolomites (that does mean it’s a bit of a far drive to some places but that was our own decision). The ...
You can hear the other people in apartments in the evening. It wasn’t really loud, but the sound isolation could be better. If you are very sensitive to sound and want to sleep early it might be recommended to bring some ear plugs.
Es war alles gegeben was man brauchte für die Selbstverpflegung.

Die ruhige Lage und fußläufig die Restaurants
Zu den Geschäften, für Lebensmittel musste man was weit fahren, immerhin gibt es Aldi und Lidl :)
