Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks.

Casa Floranda is a cozy vacation home for up to 4 people, featuring a private pool and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Axarquía mountains. You’ll enjoy sunshine nearly all day.

Located in a secluded yet accessible setting, the house is about 9 km from the beach, with only 100 meters of dirt road and the last 30 meters on a slope. Access from the coast is mostly paved or concrete, making the drive easy.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The house also offers German satellite TV and air conditioning.

It has two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.90 x 1.80 meters, and the second bedroom with two single beds each measuring 1.90 x 0.90 meters. There is a bathroom with a shower.

The kidney-shaped pool provides ample space for sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool terrace includes an outdoor shower and a veranda where you can dine protected from the sun.

The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October.
Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement.
Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night. An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet.

On arrival and departure, we will read the electricity meter together. Electricity costs are 0.39 euros per kW and will be paid in cash or deducted from your deposit on departure. Moderate use typically averages around 150 kW per week.
